DIY Screenprint T-shirt

22/05/2018 6:00 pm Open Lab 400 SEK

Join us on the hottest fashion trend this spring “Statement T-shirt”.  From Vivienne Westwoods political garments in the 80´s to Dior who started the “Statement t-shirt trend” with the message “We should all be feminists”.

Crafting your own t-shirts is much more fun (and cheap) than buying, and during this workshop you will learn how to make your own graphic prints on a budget.

You will print a garment or textile of your choice using “Freezer Paper Stenciling”.  Its a fast, fun and easy way to make an outfit or piece of textile more interesting.

When and where?

Tuesday May 22 18:00-20:00 at Makespace at Open Lab, Valhallavägen 79, Stockholm. It’s by KTH and the closest subway station is Tekniska högskolan.

You will be sent detailed instructions a few days before the event.

The workshop costs 400 SEK per person. Pay via Swish 1234542841.

The ticket price cover printing material and fika. You need to bring your own garments to print on.
